Holiday Trash Schedule
Due to the Fourth of July Holiday, trash pickup will be Tuesday July 5th this week. We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Waste Management Holiday Schedule
Because Christmas (2010) and New Year’s (2011) fall on a Saturday, Waste Management will remain on a normal service schedule.
There will be NO service delay during the holiday weeks. Please make sure that your trash and recycle are out on regular service day.
The Waste Management service center now has extended hours. Customers may call our service center, 303-797-1600, starting at 7:00 AM through 6:00 PM Monday – Friday. Saturday – 8:00 AM – 12 Noon.

Annual Meeting
A reminder that the annual meeting of the HOA will be held at 7pm on Monday, November 15 at the offices of Cherry Creek HOA Professionals, LLC. 14901 E Hampden Ave #320.
The 2011 Budget will be discussed, and there will be an election to fill 2 board member seats.

2011 Budget Approved
The Board of Directors has approved the 2011 budget. Dues will remain the same at $160 per month per house.
The annual meeting will be held at 7:00pm on November 15, 2010, at the offices of Cherry Creek HOA Professionals, 14901 E Hampden Ave #320 in Aurora.

2010 Annual/Budget Meeting
The Board approved the 2010 budget with no increase in dues. The annual meeting of the owners will be held at 7:00pm Monday, November 16 at 14901 E Hampden Ave in Aurora. A quorum of 15 owners is required to conduct business. At the meeting, two open board member positions will be filled by election for three-year terms.
Please plan on attending, or return the prepaid proxy card that is being mailed to owners this week.

Snow Removal Policy
Reminder - snow will be removed at the end of snow accumulation any time 2" is reached (sidewalks) and 4" (Streets). During the winter, certain parking spaces are marked by signs restricting parking. Please do not park in these spaces during snowstorms. To do so risks having your vehicle towed, or possibly surrounded by snow piles.

Next Board meeting at 7:00pm, Monday, March 17, 2008, 4462 S Auckland Ct. Owners wanting to be placed on the agenda should call (303) 693-2118.
Parking
All streets within Cherry Creek Pointe are fire lanes, meaning they must be kept clear at all times. Parking is allowed only within marked parking spaces on the property, and in certain driveways. Please consult the rules and regulations.
If you leave your car parked in the street, only to find it missing, please contact Avalanche Recovery at the number on the posted signs. No further notice prior to towing will be given.

Snow Removal Policy
Snow removal for this season has been contracted with Mountain High Tree Service. The general policy is that snow will be removed from sidewalks after a miniumum of 2 inches has fallen, and streets will be cleared after a minimum of 4 inches has fallen. If the weather forecast calls for a warming trend immediately after a moderate storm, the board may decide to let Mother Nature take its course in order to save snow removal funds for the really big storms.
